On November 19, the S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. HRACRE Mentors and Bill Nusbaum (of the HRACRE Mentorship Program Subcommittee) hosted a luncheon and office tour for our mentees. The lunch began with a 10-15 minute “lightning round” where Bill Nusbaum spoke about the Company’s history and culture and the 4 mentors talked about brokering different classes of commercial real estate (Bill Overman, Martin Murden and Sam Rapoport) and about asset management (Maggie Spillane). An extended Q&A period followed, where our well-prepared mentees peppered us with excellent questions, after which they were taken on a tour of the office and the various departments of the Company.
