Beach Bash at The Shack - Plans the annual networking event jointly with CREW.

Communications - Responsible for increasing HRACRE’s visibility in the community and strengthening awareness of our programs and activities; assists with press releases and pitch stores; manages our social media sites; and identifies, collects and produces communications to distribute. (ongoing committee)

Corporate Sponsorship - Contacts members for sponsorship.

Design Awards  - Recognizes outstanding facilities in Hampton Roads.

Golf Outing - at Williamsburg National Golf Club - Plans a first-class, professionally run event.

Holiday Party - Plans the annual networking event typically held in December.

Intern Program - Promotes and manages the summer intern program for college students.

Legislative - Monitors and studies public policy issues at the state level, advocates legislative positions that promotes the commercial real estate industry in Hampton Roads, and informs the membership about public policy issues that affect our industry. (ongoing committee)

Local Affairs - Monitors the local legislative and regulatory issues for commercial real estate.

Membership - Responsible for membership recruitment and retention.  Hosts new member orientations and , member meet up events, and hard hat tours. (ongoing committee)

Oyster Roast Plans the annual economic development appreciation networking event typically held in the fall. 50% of the proceeds benefit the PAC.(event planning committee)

Programs - Responsible for selecting topics and speakers for luncheon programs, and soliciting sponsorships for each program event.

Workforce Development - Promoting ways to attract people to the Hampton Roads commercial real estate industry.

• Career Fair Subcommittee – Planning an annual career fair for college students in the Hampton Roads region that is focused on the commercial real estate industry.

• Veterans Recruiting Subcommittee – Helping individuals in the military who are close to retiring or leaving the military find a job in the commercial real estate industry.

• Internship Program Subcommittee –Introduce the next generation to the variety of career fields within the commercial real estate industry in Hampton Roads.

• Mentorship Program Subcommittee - Develop a program that provides mentors to college students, young professionals, and career transitioning individuals who are interested in the commercial real estate industry.

Young Professionals - To increase involvement of young commercial real estate industry professionals with HRACRE, integrating a new generation of leadership through intentional networking events and professional development engagement activities.
